Categories

The Categories tab allows you to manage workflow categories. Think of workflow categories as containers that hold related workflows.  By organizing workflows into categories, you gain several advantages:

Simplified Permissions Management:  Instead of granting access to individual workflows, administrators can assign permissions at the category level, controlling user access to entire groups of workflows.

Improved Workflow Organization:  Categories help you segregate workflows for different purposes, departments, or projects, making it easier to find and manage them.

Targeted Workflow Display: When users browse the workflow catalog, they can filter by category to see only the workflows relevant to their needs.

Important: A workflow can only be assigned to a single category.

The table below discusses the Categories menu options.
