Create Group
Description
This step creates a new user group in Jira. You provide the group name. Use this step in workflows that set up access groups for new projects, automate group creation during team onboarding, or manage permissions at scale.

| Group Name | Name of the new Jira Group to be created. The data type is String. This field is mandatory. Known Issue: For cloud instance, if multiple groups are created within a short time span (say through Excel input or using a loop), it may give “Internal server error”. This issue can be minimized by adding an appropriate delay before this step. |
