OTRS

The OTRS plugin lets you manage tickets in your OTRS helpdesk system. It supports creating, retrieving, and updating tickets through the OTRS web service API. The plugin connects using the OTRS server URL and authentication credentials. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate helpdesk operations like ticket creation, status updates, or data retrieval from OTRS.

Prerequisite

  • Provide access (whitelist) to the Server Address URL through your firewall and network.
  • User must have OTRS server and login details, that is, the Username and Password to authenticate.
