BMC Remedy (REST)
The BMC Remedy (REST) plugin lets you manage records and attachments in your Remedy ITSM applications through the REST API. It supports searching, creating, updating, and deleting records in forms such as Incident, Change, Problem, and People Management. You can also upload and download file attachments on record fields. The plugin connects using the Remedy REST API base URL (default port 8008), username, and password. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate ITSM operations over REST, especially when direct Remedy server access is not available.

Common button actions
The following action buttons are available in all steps:
