Zoho Desk

The Zoho Desk plugin lets you manage tickets and attachments in your Zoho Desk helpdesk instance. It supports creating, updating, deleting, and retrieving tickets, as well as uploading and downloading attachments. The plugin authenticates using OAuth with a Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate helpdesk operations like ticket creation, status updates, or attachment handling in Zoho Desk.

Prerequisite:

  • Zoho Desk Account with Subscription with administrative access.
  • Refresh Token should be known.
tip

Access Token: Using a Refresh Token a client can create up to 10 access tokens in a span of 10 minutes. If the limit is reached, the access token creation is blocked for 10 minutes.
