Service now
The ServiceNow plugin lets you manage records, service requests, and attachments in your ServiceNow instance. It supports creating service requests, inserting, updating, and deleting records, searching records with queries, and uploading and downloading attachments. The plugin authenticates using OAuth 2.0 or Basic Auth. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate ITSM operations like ticket management, record updates, or attachment handling in ServiceNow.
Tested with: The plugin is tested with the San Diego version.
Prerequisites:
- ServiceNow Login account and ServiceNow instance URL and credentials.
- Internet connectivity and access to ServiceNow instance from AutomationEdge Agent Machine.
- To create Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token, see Appendix 29: ServiceNow: TokenGeneration
- User must have the following roles, personalize_dictionary and personalize_decision_table_input to access the form and tables.
