TOPdesk
The TOPdesk plugin lets you manage incidents and attachments in your TOPdesk service management instance. It supports retrieving incidents, uploading attachments to incidents, and downloading attachments from incidents. The plugin connects using the TOPdesk API with a base URL, username, and password. Use this plugin when your workflows need to automate TOPdesk operations like fetching incident details, attaching supporting documents, or downloading files from tickets. Prerequisite
- TOPdesk instance with valid credentials.
- Valid Application Password (Token) generated from TOPdesk instance.
- Valid Admin and Supervisor SaaS permissions to generate application passwords and to perform necessary operations.
