Cognibot

The Cognibot plugin lets you send replies back to a Cognibot chatbot from your workflows. It connects to the chatbot using a URL and passes data in JSON format. Use this plugin when your workflows need to respond to chatbot conversations, return processed results to users, or complete actions triggered by chatbot interactions.

Common button actions

The following action buttons are available in all steps:

Button name	Description
OK	Click to save the field values in the step. If any mandatory field values are not specified, then you will get a validation error.
Cancel	Click to close the dialog without saving the field values.
