Activate User

Description

This step activates an existing user account in Workplace. You provide the user's ID or email. Use this step in workflows that re-enable returning employees, activate accounts after an approval process, or restore access that was previously suspended.

1Step NameName of the step. This name has to be unique in a single workflow.
Connection:
2Accept value as variable/staticLeave checkbox unchecked to accept an Access token from a field in the previous steps of the stream using a drop-down list.
Else enable checkbox for the Access Token field to appear as Text box.
3Access TokenProvide the Access Token generated in the Workplace instance. If the Accept Values as variable/static checkbox is selected, then the Access Token field appears as a text box and accepts static values or variables.
Else, select the Access Token from the drop-down list. Data type: String. Mandatory.
4Test ConnectionVerifies whether the connection is established or not.
