Reports help you measure, monitor, and communicate the performance of your automation operations from a single module. You can create dashboards to organize your reports, use 35 ready-to-use out-of-the-box reports, build custom reports that combine automation data with your business data, and schedule email delivery to keep stakeholders informed. The module also includes consumption reports to track DocEdge page usage and LLM token costs, and named queries to centralize database lookups for your workflows. Access to each reporting capability is governed by your role — Admins and Workflow Admins have the broadest access, while Tenant Users and Activity Monitors can create and view reports and dashboards within their permissions. Together, these features give your organization end-to-end visibility into automation value, operational health, and resource consumption.
