Additional Notes

Ensure you apply the prerequisites provided in additional notes when using the following steps:

  • The email size including all attachments should not exceed 150 MB or the size configured in Exchange Admin Center.
  • For the large-size attachments, during the execution of the plugin step, if a throttling error occurs, then the plugin step will reattempt the operation twice. If the throttling error still occurs, the plugin step will abort the execution.
  • If your organization requires some users to access another user’s mailbox, then follow either one of the following ways to grant the required permissions:
    • Send email from another user’s mailbox
      • Sign in using Admin account or ask admin user account.
      • In the admin center, go to the Users  Active users page.
      • Select the name of the user from whom you want the permission to send the mail, and then open the Properties pane.
      • In the Mail tab, select Manage mailbox permissions.
      • Next to Send as, select Edit.
      • Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the person who you want this user to be able to send as.
      • Select Add. The details are saved.
    • Send email on behalf of another user
      • Log in using Admin account or ask admin user to do following actions.
      • In the admin center, go to the Users
      • Active users page.
      • Select the name of the user (from whom you plan to give a Send on behalf permission) to open their properties pane.
      • On the Mail tab, select Manage mailbox permissions.
      • Next to Send on behalf, select Edit.
      • Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the user or users that you want to allow to send email on behalf of this mailbox.
