Ensure you apply the prerequisites provided in additional notes when using the following steps:
Additional notes
- The email size including all attachments should not exceed 150 MB or the size configured in Exchange Admin Center.
- For the large-size attachments, during the execution of the plugin step, if a throttling error occurs, then the plugin step will reattempt the operation twice. If the throttling error still occurs, the plugin step will abort the execution.
- If your organization requires some users to access another user’s mailbox, then follow either one of the following ways to grant the required permissions:
- Send email from another user’s mailbox
- Sign in using Admin account or ask admin user account.
- In the admin center, go to the Users Active users page.
- Select the name of the user from whom you want the permission to send the mail, and then open the Properties pane.
- In the Mail tab, select Manage mailbox permissions.
- Next to Send as, select Edit.
- Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the person who you want this user to be able to send as.
- Select Add. The details are saved.
- Send email on behalf of another user
- Log in using Admin account or ask admin user to do following actions.
- In the admin center, go to the Users
- Active users page.
- Select the name of the user (from whom you plan to give a Send on behalf permission) to open their properties pane.
- On the Mail tab, select Manage mailbox permissions.
- Next to Send on behalf, select Edit.
- Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the user or users that you want to allow to send email on behalf of this mailbox.
