Run Process Studio

To run the Process Studio, ensure that license is assigned to the user. Process Studio with bundled Java Java is a prerequisite for running Process Studio. The downloaded Process Studio zip for Windows or Linux from Process Studio menu, is bundled with Java, and you can directly start Process Studio application as follows:

Windows platform

Run <PS_HOME>\bin\Process Studio.exe

Linux platform

Run <PS_HOME>/bin/process-studio.sh

tip

If you are unable to start Process Studio through Process Studio.exe because of organization policies, then use process-studio.bat, which is available in the same directory.

Process Studio using system Java

System Java is the Java installed on the machine outside <PS_HOME> directory.

If you are unable to start Process Studio through Process Studio.exe because of organization policies, then use process-studio.bat, which is available in the same directory.

To use system Java for Process Studio (instead of bundled Java):

1. Delete the Java folder in Process Studio.
2. Run the Process Studio through the Command Prompt window.
