Service now

Service now plugin step is used to perform operations on ServiceNow forms such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change etc.

Tested with: The plugin is tested with the San Diego version.

ServiceNow Login account and ServiceNow instance URL and credentials.
Internet connectivity and access to ServiceNow instance from AutomationEdge Agent Machine.
To create Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token, see Appendix 29: ServiceNow: TokenGeneration
User must have the following roles, personalize_dictionary and personalize_decision_table_input to access the form and tables.
