Service now

Service now plugin step is used to perform operations on ServiceNow forms such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change etc.

Tested with: The plugin is tested with the San Diego version.

Prerequisites:

  • ServiceNow Login account and ServiceNow instance URL and credentials.
  • Internet connectivity and access to ServiceNow instance from AutomationEdge Agent Machine.
  • To create Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token, see Appendix 29: ServiceNow: TokenGeneration
  • User must have the following roles, personalize_dictionary and personalize_decision_table_input to access the form and tables.
