• The Deactivate User plugin step deactivates a user account in Workplace.

Configurations

No.	Field Name	Description
1	Step Name	Name of the step. This name must be unique in a single workflow.
	Connection:
2	Accept value as variable/static	Leave checkbox unchecked to accept an Access Token from a field in previous steps via a drop‑down list. Enable the checkbox to display the Access Token field as a text box.
3	Access Token	Provide the Access Token generated in the Workplace instance. If Accept value as variable/static is selected, the field appears as a text box and accepts static values or variables. Otherwise, select from the drop‑down. Data type: String Mandatory
4	Test Connection	Verifies whether the connection is established.
