AW: Add Enrollment User (Basic)
Description
Use the step to add an enrollment user in AirWatch. In addition, use the step to send an email to the user with enrollment instructions, if required.
Configurations

| Step name | Specify a unique name for the step. |
| CONNECTION tab: | Description |
| Base URL | Specify the AirWatch instance server URL. For example, https://cn1106.awmdm.com Or the IP address of the AirWatch instance.The field is mandatory. |
| Username | Specify a username to authenticate the AirWatch instance. For example, xx.xx@automationedge.com. The field is mandatory. |

| Accept value as variable/static | Specify or select the password, as required. If the Accept Value as variable/static checkbox is selected, then the password field appears as a text box and accepts static or variable values. OR If the Accept Value as variable/static checkbox is clear, then the password field appears as a dropdown in which you can select a field from the previous steps. |

| Accept value as variable/static | Specify or select the password, as required. If the Accept Value as variable/static checkbox is selected, then the API Key field appears as a text box and accepts static or variable values. OR If the Accept Value as variable/static checkbox is clear, then the API Key field appears as a dropdown in which you can select a field from the previous steps. Note: API Key is available in system settings when REST API access is enabled in AirWatch and is needed to integrate VMware Identity Manager with AirWatch. Username, Password, and API Key for AirWatch instance are validated. |

| New Username | Specify a unique username for the enrollment user. The field is mandatory. |
| New Password | Specify a new password for the enrollment user. The field is mandatory. |
| First Name | Specify a first name for the enrollment user. The field is mandatory. |
| Last Name | Specify a last name for the enrollment user. The field is mandatory. |
| Specify an email address for the enrollment user. | |
| Security Type | Specify the type of security from the following allowed values: 1 for Directory and 2 for Basic. |
| OPTIONAL INPUT tab: | Advanced Fields: You may optionally provide values for fields in the tab. Default values will be set if values are not provided explicitly. |
| Organization Group | Specify the unique ID of the Organization Group to be associated with the enrollment user. Note: Organization Group is visible on the top of the screen once you login to an AirWatch instance. For example,  |
| Status | Status indicates the active or deactive state of the Enrollment user. Specify True for creating an active user or False for creating an inactive user. |
| Contact Number | Specify the contact number for the enrollment user. |
| Mobile Number | Specify the mobile number for the enrollment user. |
| Role | Specify the access for the enrollment user. The available access are: Basic Access or Full Access or External Access. |
| Message Type | Specify the type of the message sent to the enrollment user. The available types are: Email or SMS or NONE. |
| Message Template ID | Specify the unique ID of the template of the confirmation Email/SMS sent to the enrollment user. |

| UUID | Specify an output fieldname to hold the UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) generated as a result of the step execution. |
| User ID | Specify an output fieldname to hold the User ID generated as a result of the step execution. |
