Set files in result

Description

Set Files in Result adds filenames from the data stream to the workflow's internal result files list, making them available to subsequent process entries or the Get Files from Result step. Use this step when you need to control exactly which files are passed forward in a process — for example, filtering a list of generated reports so that only specific files are attached to an email by the Mail process entry, or selecting output files for upload by a file transfer step. It lets you build a curated file list rather than passing all files produced by the workflow.

Configurations

Field Name	Description
Step name	Specify the name of the step as it appears in the workflow workspace. This name has to be unique in a single workflow.
Filename field	Choose from the dropdown list the field that contains the filenames of the files to copy.
Type of file to set	Select the type of file to set in the results for the filename above, • General • Log • Error line • Error • Warning
