Encrypt Files with PGP
Description
Encrypt Files with PGP encrypts files using PGP encryption through the GnuPG (GPG) utility. Use this process entry when your process needs to protect files before transmission or storage — for example, encrypting output files before uploading them to a partner's FTP server or securing sensitive data exports for compliance. It supports encrypting multiple files, including subfolder contents, with automated destination folder management.

| Process entry name | Specify a unique name for the process entry, on the workspace area. A process entry can be placed on the canvas several times; and each instance of the entry must have a unique name. |

| Include Subfolders | Select the checkbox if you want to include subfolders. |
| Copy previous results to args | Select the checkbox if you want to copy the previous results to args. |
| File/Folder source | Browse for a file/folder for encryption or provide a parameter. |
| File/Folder destination | Browse for a file/folder for encryption file location. |
| Passphrase | Provide the passphrase to encrypt the file. |
| Wildcard | Provide the wildcard you want to use to filter the files. |
| Files/Folders | Provide the file or folder for encrypted file location. |

| Destination is a file | Enable checkbox to create destination file. |
| Do not keep folder structure | Enable checkbox to ignore folder structure specified in the General tab. |
| Add date to filename | Enable checkbox to add date to filename. |
| Add time to filename | Enable checkbox to add time to filename. |
| Specify Date time format | Enable checkbox to specify Date time format. |
| Date time format | Provide a date time format or choose from list. |
| Add date before extension | Enable checkbox to add date before extension. |
| If destination file exists | If destination file exists choose from the following: - Do nothing - Override destination file - Create file with unique name - Delete source file - Move source file to folder - Fail |
| Move to folder | If “Move source file to folder” is chosen above this section is activated. |
| Destination folder | Provide destination folder to move file. |
| Create folder | Enable checkbox to create folder. |
| Add date | Enable checkbox to add date. |
| Add time | Enable checkbox to add time. |
| Specify format | Enable checkbox to specify format. |
| Date format | Provide or choose date format. |
| Add date before extension | Enable checkbox to add date before extension. |
